  1. We have blackouts. The Western teams Calgary, Edmonton and The Peg which I get on my dish anyway. 8 games I can choose from tonight.
  2. When the stupid light stops blinking is when you need to worry. That's when the tranny falls out!!!
  3. I also subscribe to NHL Centre Ice. Gotta have my fix.
  4. Yep, plenty of Tundras out West. I'll be purchasing a LTD in the next few years so it's paid for by the time I retire. A nice little retirement present for myself.
  5. Yes I do have an old laptop. Problem is it's having issues now. This is cheaper than a new laptop and can run the NHL app so I can still stream my games as I pay for NHL Centre Ice programming. It's also got a better processor than my old celeron laptop.
  6. https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B074JJXS76/ref=pe_3034960_233709270_TE_item Looks to be pretty decent. Just ordered one tonight.
  7. A lot of their boats are re-branded other manufacturers boats. Mine is a Fisher.
  8. Me too. My snowmobile is 10 years old this year. Hut is 7, augers are 5,9 and 10 years old and flasher is 5. If you look after your stuff it lasts forever.
  9. Do you have lots of extra $$$$ laying around? This may be perfect for you!!! https://buy.garmin.com/en-US/US/p/603548
  10. I built my own hitch using 3/4" EMT, eye bolts and carabiners. No binding.
  11. Matt, if you're dragging it behind your sled no need to lift it at all. Make sure to put some UHMW runners on it though to protect the tub from sharp ice.
  12. Ice and snow gives me the opportunity to fish lakes that are fly in access only during the open water season.

  14. Almost time for me to ready the snowmobile and fire up the auger.
  15. WOW!!!! Didn't think he'd land it.
  16. Loaded up my old Bronco for me and my buddy to head out fishing. Forgot to close the swingout spare tire carrier. Hooked the fence and caved in the rear corner of the truck. Pulled forward secured the carrier and went fishin'. Dealt with it later. Luckily it didn't cost me a fortune as I had contacts at a very high end body shop and they fixed me up for $500.
  17. Ottawa Senators Stanley Cup wins: 1927, 1923, 1921, 1920, 1911, 1910 Then they went kaput in 1954 only to crawl back out of the ooze in 1992. So by that info Ottawa has been Stanley Cupless from 1927-2017. Which seems to be 40 years longer than Toronto.
  18. Could be an electrical issue or it could be an issue with the fuel pump. Only way to tell is to bring it in for service. Need to see fuel pressures as well as put it on the scanner to see what's happening in the engine.
  19. As long as the river level doesn't go up or down. I spend a lot of time fishing in Alaska and guess what, there are dead salmon everywhere!!!! It's 10,000 times worse than the Credit or any other GL river could ever be.
  20. Then you did something stupid and became a Sens fan!!!!!!
  21. 115 will be plenty of power on a 20 foot john boat. I would think it would be a great duck boat. Would be rough in a chop though. I bought my boat from Legend back in '91. It's been a great boat. Looking at getting a 14' utility boat from them to add to the fleet.
  22. Had one come up to me while shore fishing here in town. They are super friendly. I was hand feeding him minnows. I have a den in the hill at the foot of my driveway. There's always foxes around. My dog dislikes foxes for some reason. No raccoons up here though. We have more menacing critters to deal with. Every year there are bears in town that need to be relocated. We've also had wolves, coyote's, lynx, cougar and I have even seen a wolverine on my street. Got some pretty cute critters about too. Ermine and pine martin as well as these fellas.
  23. That'll be sweet with a Maple Leafs sticker between the headlights!!!! Enjoy Matt it will be a sweet sled!!!
