It works Ok and I did use it back in the day. But the only shot I use now is Water Gremlin shot without the wings. I buy mine through LeBarons.

It was -42 with the wind chill this morning. Gonna be a while before our ice melts I think. On a positive note currently they are calling for +3 next Thursday. By Wednesday they will probably change that to -20!!!

After 5 days off I expected them to play the way they did. Hopefully they are angry now and take it out on the Devils on Saturday.

That's what I did when I moved my stuff from Ontario to the NWT. I paid $5500 for the truck spent $1500 on gas and sold the truck for $6500 up here. The net cost was $500 for gas plus the cost of a hitch to pull my boat and cerification/plating etc. The move really only cost me in the area of $1000. U-Haul wanted $5000+ for the truck rental plus the gas it woud have cost me $7K+ for the move.

I was a huge fan and was even @ the dome when they won their first world series but after the second strike I had enough of the Bull and haven't watched a game since.

The fumes from the acid in the battery cause the build up. Pour some baking soda on the battery add a little water and scrub with a brush. Finally rinse with water. Make sure to wear rubber gloves and eye protection.

Got out today for a little fishin'. Weather was typically horrible for this time of year in YK. Fishing was slow and the bites were very light but I did manage to get tomorrow's dinner. The one downer on the day was that when we got to the lake and I hauled the auger out of the sled I found that the bottom gear case cover on my auger was broken. I had to leave my toboggan and my buddy behind while I ran the 25 or 30 kms back to the house to get my backup powerhead. Now I need to search ebay for a replacement gear case cover or gear case.

Broke my jaw when I was a kid. Didn't have to have it wired shut either. Broke one tooth which needed a cap so not nearly as bad as spitting chicklets all over the ice. Was out and being a kid again in two or 3 weeks.

Anybody watch Maximum Limit Fishing on WILD tv? Maxim is a Yellowknifer and his show is about as average angler as you are likely to see these days. Most of his shows are in and around Yellowknife fishing lakers, whitefish, pike and grayling. It's cool that his local show was picked up by WILD tv.

Take a single sided razor blade and lay it parallel to the blank on top of the guide foot. Cut the thread/finish going towards the leg of the guide. Then the guide will come off easily. You should then be able to peel most of the finish/thread off with your fingers. If you need to remove any left over finish lightly heat the area with a heat gun and scrape with the edge of a popsicle stick. Eazy peazy!!!!

I do the same thing when any of those ultra boring bass shows come on.

On another note, the Canucks are getting shelled by the Oilers!! 7:53 into the game and Taylor Hall already has a hat trick and the Oilers are up 4-0.
