I have seen this floating around for a couple of years and always someone would post it's a fake but you know if I ever find an old/dead 6 volt battery, you can bet that I will take it apart, just to see for myself

yeah I found it hard to believe, in the beginning that I could trust a bunch of guys on the internet but the people on this site are great well 99%, I do know of someone here who booked a room for some guys and they never showed up and a guy who didn't come through on a promise on a charity auction item this site held but by and large what a great group of people who came together with fishing being the common denominator.............

I believe the boat itself does weigh 660 but the 1495 lbs is based on the boat/motor/half a tank of gas/all accessories/ fishing tackle/ and two men and their supply of beer

yeah, in the real world it means nothing.......... but in the "reel" world it's a big deal.......LOL

I have seen can food in trapper/hunter cabins that have been left there for years and it was fine I used some of the canned milk and left a few cans of other stuff as payment.... I am pretty sure they don't heat the place all winter, unless the hunter is there

That would make him a lair, so no one would believe him when pushing future products as long as the products he's pushing now were not for sale when he was pushing shimano again would make him a lair if they quote something Al said, it would be hard for him to sue them as he made the statement in his show not just in their ads also many ads are bought and are part of the fishing shows, they are bought as a package, so if you are on a channel that show older shows they have some the original ads because that is how they are packaged, so him saying simano is the best will live in infamy ...LOL

water temps are higher this year so fish are eating different bait

you could but don't think you would like it.. because you would need to reinforce it to make it strong enough to use. put some super glue on it and hang it on the trophy case

I have but it s badly weed choked and water levels could be a little higher I think I got 5 bass and a big turtle the last time I was on the river

it's who pays the most becomes their very favorite rod and reel I hope shimano still uses the video where he states "nothing, I mean nothing comes close to the Shimano Calais DC" what's he going to say..oops I made a mistake reminders me of Charlie Wray , every year that he got a new boat motor or rod sponsor, it was the best they ever made none better and he wouldn't want to use any other make cause they are the best

I can't even find this boat on grews website you can see it is a very simple boat not fancy at all

well if you are asking anyone that question I complain about many using the board just as a way to promote their business ....this guy at lest(I think) has an ad here in the website so that is in his favor but you don't see him trying to be part of the community like posting on other threads, he only self promotes others don't have an ad and only post promotional stuff showing how well their customers are doing then most of the guides at lest post personal fishing and reply to other posts and are part of the community then there are a couple who never post about their charter service, except to offer open seats on the boat at shared cost only and only his clients post about the fish caught on their boats..the way it should be lets face it as far as I am concerned, it's a load of crap, I mean spam unless it happy clients doing the bragging and not the owner of the company but that is only my opinion ... and right or wrong this is a discussion board and that's what I do

I see it more as advertising, then a report which is weird their prices are in US funds so they are going after the american client not us..... we have some great US OFNers..but not all that many from there

if it's a metal cowling you can use paint stripper to remover the old paint

morning no fishing or work today..well no paid work have things to do around the house

Well I finally got out just went out on simcoe for some bass it seemed calm at home but by the time I got to the lake it was blowing like crazy and big simcoe waves..oh well I will take what I can get I found some on a drop off.....caught a few on a fat free shad and some on a black and blue worm I had about 2 hours of good fishing then it just died...... I was by myself so I tried to hold the fish out as far as I could and snap the picture but it really didn't work too well anyways here are a couple of them I hope to get out a few more times before sunday when I go on my fly-in with cochrane air , I am really pumped for that
