Here's what I do - What do y'all do?
Terry replied to The Urban Fisherman's topic in General Discussion
I think what Lew was saying was do you want to come to my home this weekend and grind these 2 stumps for the trees I had cut down the other day, we can stump in the morning and fish in the afternoon...LOL but that's just a guess or the beer talking what do I know -
I have seen the about 20 times and I laugh m butt off every time I see it......
-
good luck Joey and Paul show be showing up there too, say hi to them
-
so us from southern ontario dream about going to northern ontario or NWT people in Yellowknife dream of going north to Alaska.......I guess it's true the tundra is always greener on the other side of the fence ...LOL sounds like a great trip, but I can walk to the fridge for a beer....LOL
-
here is what I know about, I have not checked in a couple of years but they should still be in business http://simcoefishingadventures.com/?cat=22 Call 905-476-2652 or cell at 905-960-2652 For Rick (whitey) Boat Rentals Cook's Bay 705-456-0000 harry's in Keswick does/did but you don't hear many positive reports about his boats
-
we all need our vacations.......... enjoy the time off good luck on them honey harbour muskie
-
inquiring minds want to know thanks for checking... then some makes could use 32 AA sized batteries too
-
yes we do see that you could care less about dissatisfied customers are are only interested in the next client with a fist full of dollars my only interest was the fact that I considered these post spam and your an Ontario business that only shows US price list, but now we are see much more to dislike about your business and I think there is another camp on the lake OFNers might want to look into and still catch nice fish
-
first, the release boats release that bass in prime areas, I can remember a tourney where they asked us which general ares we catch them in and the had a few boats and release them back in their native area.... the way they handle the fish, the live wells and chemicals that calm the fish and gives then extra oxygen and adds protective slime, in any cases the mortality rate is lower then the lakes annual mortality rate..with means it has no affect on the natural number of fish on the lake.... bottom line they are breaking no laws and are a legal part of fishing and they could be catch and keeping all those bass.....so they may hate river fishermen as much as you hate tourney guys, but they don't carp about you because they know river fishing is legal...........and we mush all live in the same world
-
so remember...now at work one of your farts, could be considered an attack with a deadly weapon
-
well if there are signs of being hooked...we then know catch and release does work 27 years ago they would just release them at the dock where the weigh in was...there is no way that next year the fishing got better within a mile of the weigh in......nowever the second day of a tourney fishing around the weigh-in area was pretty good at times now they return them to many parts of the lake in bass holding areas which is better then their right to make it a catch and keep tourney.......... and if you look at tourney results I bet the average fish is 2lbs or under no the monsters people think tourneys are legal and now part of the community...so we must learn to adapt ..
-
nice going it's great when another generation because part of an annual trip...... ...son......some how I thought you had a couple of girls twins maybe...ai don't know..must have been thinking of someone else
-
How many gators would stop you from fishing?
Terry replied to fishnsled's topic in General Discussion
saw it on tv..crazy -
if you have room in your boat 24v (2 extra batteries) it is always the best you could use a transom mount motor on the front with very little change and you can very easily reverse the head so it works nicely up front
-
can you show me one..even one time that Lloyd made a post about catching fish.....his clients post all the time but not Lloyd not ever as for steve rowbowtham, if you look at his posts, I think you will find that I never reply to any of his threads that are about his guide service, however he is a good member of this board and posts about many other things and replies in many , many threads..so because of that I overlook his self promotion other guys spamming, I react on a individual case by case,..I use my own rules and they may or may not be better or worst then someone else, but I stick to them....... as for taking it personally nothing could be farther from the truth if you reread you will see that I somewhat defended him as showed that he does have a banner, so should have some(undefined) leeway do I take part in discussions ..you bet isn't that what these forums are for
-
as I pointed out before I do believe he has paid for a banner here at some point but does that give him the right to spam? clearly some think it's spam while others believe it's a good report and want to see more....I think the mods will be pulling their hair out trying to find a compromise .......... I would think a sub section in the business section might be an answer. that way people know it's a promotional post....... and what about people promoting their business inguise of a fishing report and they don't have a banner and really only come here to make money
-
well I know your intentions are good but 1... if they are keeping fish within the set limits and seasons then they have every right to do it and who are we to complain about people fishing with in the law 2 ...only 1 in every 3000 perch live long enough to spawn the first time if this guy catches and keeps 3000 little perch over a season and you keep 20 12 inch perch over the same time you have put 20 times more pressure on the resource then the one that keeps small ones..... just a thought, I could be wrong and if you are right then you should complain about the regs, not the people fishing within the rules
-
well I think there are less angles coming on board but things like the internet are getting people to the good spots, so we are seeing more pressure rather then the novice angler wandering around aimlessly looking for fish in all the wrong places
-
I hope people realize that it's a fake report ...

are snowmobiles not 8 to 10 ft long nose to nose in a 12 ft trailer would be 16 to 29 ft, might stick out the back a bit and almost 4ft wide at the skis that's why back to back they will go side by side along the seats and an extra 1.5 ft by removing one set of skis
-
oh I thought it would have been just like a ##### to bring a knife to a gun fight don't know that that has to do with your turducken..but I had to quote him too
-
looks like you did well nice fish
-
if you drive the first one in and keep it to the right back the second one in on the left you might need to take the skis off the second one but they should just fit...if my math is right
-
I remember that I was glad to help Marv out
-
LOL, let me know whats inside
