Went down to the lake this afternoon first trib i stopped at was choclate milk about 1-2 inches of visibility didn't even bother wetting a line. Went to a second trib barely no water still all iced up tried my luck for a few hours not even a nudge. Well i tried to get a bow on the board for team 10 we'll need some warmer weather before things get going the whole lake is still ice as far as you can see.

Just be happy you dont commute from london to brampton like I do. Spend like 200 bucks a week on gas when its this expensive. Wish there was a way to stick it to them but like beer its a necessity.

LOL Actually its a disease mostly found mostly in hatchery fish called whirling disease it damages skeletal tissue and cartlidge. Ya it was really slushy false layers closer to the islands been cold enough last couple days to tighten things back up. About 6 in. of crappy white ice with 4 in. of good ice in most spots we fished.

Went to lake Joe this weekend, Fishing was pretty good first day caught a 2lb laker and a 3.5lb ling didnt take any pics of those both were released quickly. Second day on the ice got 2 more lakers big one about 5 small about 3lbs. The bite was real patchy when they were around there were hitting like crazy but lots of down time in between bites. All fish came in 80 to 100 fow on 1/2 ounce egg sinkers lil'corkys with shiners

better than average been out tons have a hut on a small local lake , 12-15 times out only skunked twice is a pretty good season for me

Heading there this weekend any tips on locations? PM me if you'd like were staying at silverlake cottages. Where's the closest place to get minnows? Hopefully my report Monday will be as productive as yours.

Happened to us twice this year. Totally agree with the tracker take the lock off and leave nothing inside. Its a pain in the arse having to bring all your gear out there everytime but its better than having to fix your door every other weekend.

A friend at work showed me a pic of this today in a veitnamese newspaper so i had to google it when i got home from work. Caught in germany 14 dec. 2006 38 kg now thats a water pig wonder what the girth on that thing is?!?!?

Went out on the bay yesterday water was pretty muddy. Did alright though was out for about 6 hours caught about a dozen jumbos. Enough for a decent hut lunch will have to get out again once the water clears. Tons of huts out there already about a hundred. Sorry about the quality of the pics i still havent got a new camera.

Ya shes a pretty cool pet like a spazzy cat all the time gets into everything. She doesn't smell too bad she had her scent glands removed when we got her. My girlfriend wants another im not to sure about that, ones enough work for me.

Was it in the westmount area some lil buggers tried to steal my 4x4 blazer from there last year at this time. Good to hear they found your with little damage i needed a new window and steering column cost about 15 hund. However the young offenders will probably get weekends in our summer camp youth facility while they should be working to pay for the $hit they damaged.

Im heading out for some fishing on a local lake was down there yesterday about 4-6 inches of ice. Lotsa fellas out on sleds, landed a nice large mouth yesterday first time for everything i guess bringing the camera today hopefully have some pics for you all later on in the day. im out
