  1. Fishing from the causeway is supposed to be good, especially at night. If you go make sure you check those white buckets for excess limits of fish!!!LOL
  2. There is always the causeway on hwy 7 if you can find a spot. Then the public dock in Caesera, and in the town of Port perry there is a park there on the shore.
  3. Nothing like a little freindly competition. Sounds like a blast. Nice fish
  4. From your pic it looks like ya got 2 bulbs. If only 2 wires one has to be positive and one negative. If one lite working you can switch the bulbs around to see if both bulbs are good. If both bulbs lite up in the currently working socket maybe you got some corrsion in there.

  7. It has its advantages. More sensitive, less birdnesting, good hooksets. But I always wonder if the fish can see it underwater. Im now experimenting with a small mono leader at the end of my line.

  15. I've heard its really good up there. I think the boys at FishnCanada did a fall show up there. Might be on there website. However like most of the lakes up there just throw spinnerbaits or senkos towards any shoreline.
  16. Lots of fun! Only 10000 more casts till your next one.
  17. Well, I know you said no provincial parks, but I always liked Silent Lake provincial park. No cottages or motorboats on lake. Good bass fishing
  18. I think John Moore from CFRB 1010 gave the show a great review. Will check it out.
  19. Does anyone know exactly where the sandbar is located on Lake Scugog? Apparently its straight out from Caesera launch. Supposed to be some good smallmouth there. Thanks
  20. Nice smallies boys! Johnny your secret largemouth lure is showing in some of those pics!!!!
  21. very nice. We were out there too, certainly a tough day.
  22. Yes...two lessons were learned...pickeral are very slippery and never listen to the Weather Network! There was that one point in the afterenoon were the musky seemed to tun on. The boat beside us nailed one, then Johnny had a follow and then I had one try to smash my spinner bait beside the boat...all within like half an hour.
