I Believe that Tom (Barracuda) was trying to show how he would ranks the model of rods. The GL2 at the bottom of his list. Not sure (might want to check) but I think that there is no more Loomis Canada. Maybe wrong but check before you buy a Loomis. Jose

Yep Brian and Steve are both great guys to deal with. They are my number one source for my rods, reels and tackle. They take the time to get to know what you need and with their experience offer great suggestions. One problem with these guys, the store is too close to my workplace. LOL Jose

I use 40 lb braided line with 3 ft flouro leader and have no problems. I use a 10 1/2 ft St. Croix and a 250 Calcutta. 20 lb Crystal should be fine. I had the Stren super Braid and the dye from the line was all over my hands. Never had the problem with power pro or Suffix SPB Jose

Guys The cost of the rental for the boats have gotten really expensive. To rent a boat with electric motor for 6 hours is $50 (2 years was $35) for the whole day it is $80. They have upped it big time, do they have more boats? It keeps the young ones busy with all the snot rockets and the occasional bass. I was surprised at the size of the largies

In my exp. it is a air pocket in the system. Air pocket in the system. you need to purge you cooling system of it. I had the same things happen to me at a stop light. Temp gauge going on the red and still had air going thru the system and it was not hot. Got moving and everything cooled down until the next stop. Described the condidtion to a industrial heavy duty mechanic and he mentioned that it all points to a air pocket in the system. I think that I drained the cooling system and filled it backup. The coolant reservoir will say it is full but it will be reading the air in the system also. The themostat is working as it should be and since you are draining your system take a look at it. Jose
