Whats the difference from ordering from the one in Toronto Lew? Or is that their cataloge ordering home?

From what I understand,plugs are not allowed. Yes stores still sell them for do it yourself. As for the price,thats alittle high. 35 bucks in this area. 20 bucks if you bring it in, off the car.
