No way am I being argumentive here Steve, but fish have been caught, kept or released. We ride horses yes. They are climbed on and sat on. Not JUMPED ON. I can see if the guy swam up to it, but no way should it have been jumped on like that. JMO here.

Thanks Joe I know it can be made so many ways to each taste. I,ll be doing it again, but trying different ingredents. Like I mentioned, I would like to make the layer of meat thinner and add more stuffs to it. CHRIS, YOUR KILLING ME WITH THE SMOKER STUFF. Meant to ask, how did you find the beef ribs? Meaty, not? Im not sure I would of added sauce to it, as they looked great on thier own. Maybe a bit of hot sauce dip.

I feel your excitment. I too had the experince to be an observer. I had a great team to watch . Turned out to be a couple of memebers from here, were on the team. Started off with a triple header right off the bat. Learned a ton from these guys. Even won a side bet on which bait would catch the next fish. It,s a long day, but when the team is catching, it,s a blast . I heard other guys say man, that was a boring day. Guess I lucked out. Glad to hear you enjoyed your outing.

Im not a big steak eater, so I like this kinda stuff. Hear ya Chris. I forgot to make a mushroom gravy, but all was good. My vison was a thinner layer of ground beef. More spinach will be added next time. Not enough green.LOL

Thanks John Oh too bad we never met before your leaving to gods country. I used Havarrti and yes it,s spinach. Once it was cooked through, I needed to cook/crisp the bottom layer of bacon. Pics tell the rest of the story. Baked taters and a ceasers salad.
