Made my own heat cover. Chief smoker sells a cover. I said to self,I can make that for 1/3 the price. So I did. Same material as in my hut to retain the heat. Will see how much heat I can retain today. 12 degs outside today. I have a batch of bacon ribs and chops on the go right now.

I have been tooning for the past 4-5 years now. never felt unsafe in the least. PFD is always on, I have had a few air leaks. Pin holes due to my own happening. When it leaks,it,s very slow. Always make it back to shore with the bladder still more then 3/4 full. I have been out a few miles on Simcoe. They are very comfortable. I have yet to see them here at walmart. When the car lights starting flashing to get the movie started,we would book it to the car. Dodge dart, 3 boys in the back seat. We would get through the 1st movie,then it was nighty night.
