well monday hooked up with a member on here for our first day of fishing together....a great guy to say the least we went out to target bows,turned out to be a very slo day didnt get into any we left after a few hours and he said let go get us some carp im thinking to myself carp??....ok lets try this as ive never targeted for carp well here is a pic from a good size carp that had me fightin her for bout 15 min...good fight,caught with a hair rig thxs bassfighter http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd294/b...monstercarp.jpg

i was at bass pro the other day and i was looking at these hydrofoils,now i dont need them for planning or steering or stablising the boat , but what caught my eye was two things that they claim to provide......more top end and a even better claim.....fuel effeciency....now i did a search on here and found only a few threads of members with smaller motors....i have a big motor and was wondering if these things claim to provide both fuel economy and top end....anyone use them on bigger motors?? cheers peter

i have fished in the cfsl tourny's twice last year.....had a great time.....didnt even come close but we had a blast....one thing to remeber....get early ;aunch times i think thats the key......andy and vita put on a great event cheers

hey g having bought a few homes privately......its very easy.....just go to a good real estate lawyer and he will walk you thru it your mortgage company will not deal with anyone but a solicitor anyway.....all a listing agents does is advertise it on mls and charge a 6% fee.....(no disrespect to any agents) and then its all lawyers that do all the ground work....if your comfertable withthe price...then go for it......you said you have the financing in place....easy as pie.... congrads and good luck peter

well ive decided to get 2 new marine batteries to replace my interstates that i have on my boat....have priced out a few places....i currently have 2 interstates ones rated at 875 mca(marine cranking amps)...CN has interstates for 135 each but are only rated at 725mca.....but i did notice at cosco they have marine batteries rated the same as mine for around 80 bucks!!....but of course they are with the kirkland name.....was wonderin who makes them for costco.....all have the same warranty...12/36.....was wondering if someone could shed some light on this.....also i have notice the new style of battery....i think they call them the gel pack...looks like 6 medium cups of coffee....lol......they sell for round 200.......help!!!.... cheers

thxs guys...its a fuel injected so i cant spray anything into the carb......i looked no barb....lol...anyways i look at that cleaner fly boy recomended...........my bud who is a mechanic says i should never use additives.....hell i dont know......to use or not to use....i guess this is the question

i guess the really big three are honda merc and yamaha...all very good makes....but one thing to consider......merc has roughly 75percent of the market.....makes for servicing much more convenient....althought i do have a yamaha......ive found that not many places do service them as much as places that services mercs.....just my .02 worth

i beleieve you can register a lien on a pleasure craft...would only make sense if someone is financing it..... and yes all leins usually do come up on a ppsa search....i think its 15dollars to get that check done
