http://www.hypermiling.com/ Ill tell ya what though...... usually when I go up to my camp, I'm travelling at 105-115. It takes me 3/4 of a tank to get there. the last couple of times, theres been no rush to get there, i set the cruise control at 90 and when I get there Ive use a very little more than half a tank. I figure if i can keep the lead outta my foot, over the sumer, i will get one if not two extra trips to camp on the same dough... they are not kidding when they say you can save fuel if ya just slow down a bit. still stings everytime I fill up the truck...

Ya know.. i dont think there is a lynching going on here... thats not the intent at all...m i think there are just alot of people, who are just very happy with the way things are... thats all... i certainly dont take any offence from this post at all, i do think that alot, not all, but alot of users get irritated a bit too easy when they see a thread we've answered a bunch of times before... that said... enough said..... lockity lock lock..... back to nf threads ok??? -
I may take you up on that bud!!!

Personally, I'm a big BPS fan... I've said it before... when your from a small town and my only real tackle supplier is one half of the aisle at CT, BPS is like a wonderland. Prices are good, but for me its the stuff I cant find up here, and the fact that theres new stuff Ive never seen before.

If ya want... throw some lemon juice and some garlic salt in the cavity while your cooking it....... makes an old boot tasty!

Puckhead... lol.. your avatar reminds me of what i felt like when i quit my last job.... and largemouth ... this is a hockey and boat repair forum, run by fishermen... i thought you knew that!!! It may not be all fishing all the time, but I challange you to find a group of people willing to dish out some much help on a consistant basis.... and its not just my house any more... its a mod partnership.... rather than having a splitting headache... we split on headaches.... -

Personally... I only read the non-fishing posts.... they are the only ones I can usually help with..... From day 1 - going back 10 years now in whatever form the board had, its always been one main discussion forum and as long as Im involved, thats the way it will stay.... as a matter of fact, we've already broken it up and added a tourney forum... so non tourney types don't have to wade through that, as well as a photo forum, so those that don't want to look at non fishing pictures dont have to and we've seperated news, announcements and contests off as well.... Its ten times more fragmented now than as it used to be as it is. personally... I'd like to have 50 threads on the main page to go down through, to see what interests me. By the way puckhead.. I love your avatar... I could watch him do that all day.... maybe I will.... -
Great job clifff... i am getting a good reponse from sponsors as well.

Pete Maina on a Marc Thorpe Charter! Once again, our good friend of the board has put up a charter to help out a friend in need. Marc knows Jim well, and decided to do something to help out. Every penny will go to help Jim. www.marcthorpeguiding.com Now, it is not our intent to turn this into a huge fundraiser with a ton of additional auctions. If you can't bid on this charter but want to contribute, please help out MuskyMatt and buy tickets from him for the Muskies Canada Raffle that they are running. I know I did. If you want to see what kind of fishing is in store for you. You can see the video we did with Marc by clicking here and there is a wonderful post to look at here and another great story here! Three Rules.... #1 Bidding starts at $1,500.00 #2 Payment must be completed within 5 days of auction ending or the charter goes to the next bidder in line. #3 Bidding ends on June 17th, 2008 at 5 p.m. EST message board board time.
