I bought a penn 309m reel for cat fishin and trolling. The info in the box said the reel was made for monofilament line, but nothing else, am I to assume thats all I can use or could I use a braided line. Anyone have one of these ? Thx

I've got a 220 line coming out of the box in the basement for a garage i've never built. Could a guy put a plug on that and plug it into a bigger generator

I was wondering how much you could powr with one. I saw on tv a guy used his hybred car as a generator but didnt catch if it powered the whole house or not.

Just curious if you can use a power converter in your vehicle to act like a generator for your home in case of power loss and could you do this for any amount of time.

I've seen them down here on the ohio river the last few springs. I'm 3 hours south of lake erie'

I've got a 16.5 ft jon boat with a 25 merc. on it. Been pullin it around for 35 years. I've been caught in some rough weather in it. You just have to use your head and go slow and steady in those situations or beach it for a bit. I use my brothers 17 ft targa on occasion which is a nice boat but to tell you the truth I like fishin outa my old beater better.

We've been goin to this lake for years usually the 1st of june and 1st of july we've caught some nice large mouth also. Never been up this late so should be interesting. Staying at hyatts.

Ok thx guy's -Tennesee guy where leaving this coming friday just in time for a cool down or so says the weather networks long forcast. hope the weathers not too bad. We're goin to big gull lake it's about an hour or so north of bellville on 41 I think. Small towns of northbrook and cloyne near by.

Is it worth stopping at the border to convert my american money into canadian. If I'm reading the currency converter right american's worth about 5 cents more than canadian.

I was just wondering what the weather was normaly like that time of year.

I've gotten a suprise invite to go fishing at Big Gull lake at the end of september and 1st part of october, 27th -3rd. I've never been up that late and was wondering how the weather might be. I assume pretty nice during the day and chilly at night. The lake is about an hour or so north of bellville. thx in advance.

Hey greencoachdog I'm not cryin about it, but with the economic down turn in this area which hit 3 or 4 years ago, my wife and I both lost our jobs{ now making much less}. A trip to canada was always affordable. But now it's spend it for fun or put it back for an emergency, college for the kids or even retirement. Alot of people can't do both these days.
