w/ Primus I pay 67 a month for Internet (Faster then Bell) Home phone (Keep my number) and unlimited LD... My home phone alone with Bell is 45.00 add another twenty for a LD plan and another 50 for The internet.. Hmmmm 67.00 vs Hmmm 115.00... that does not even mention what I pay for my sat service.. My total bill is well over 200.00 a month... When I started to see internet usage charges for going over and above their UNLIMITED DOWNLOAD cap?? Unlimited means unlimited right?? hell I I rarely use torrents or download music! then movies on my bill we never ordered.. my receiver is NOWHERE near a phone line... therefor I cannot order movies directly from the receiver.. I disputed these charges with Ramesh.. only after he personally insulted my wife on the phone... as she was dealing with him first.. He changed his tune once I got on the phone.. To Bell.. I used to be a proponent. now you make me sick to my stomach.. Ohhh and Kevin Crull, you have a voicemail... There was one located here in Hamilton too... they closed it.. Wonder where all those jobs went too? I called primus. and Bell can suck on my left one. G

Dan.. I have been in FTA for longer then I can remember I have various receivers infact I have given some away LOL, Some stb's go down.. others stay up.. I have my bases covered in terms of TV.. Hell I will switch to Starchoice just to give Bell the middle finger if I had too. Sound advice though thank you G

I am tired of dealing with Bell Canada... to much Bull... unexplained charges, late fees when the bill was paid on time etc... and in all honesty.. I am tired of dealing with someone that does not speak the same language as me! I am thinking of switching to Primus for Phone, and internet.. and will use my Free-To-Air recievers for TV. I am in Hamilton... Is anyone here with Primus? how is their customer service? Is there another company that I should consider that deals with the Hamilton area? TIA! G

Yup... just told them it was made in a garage (Which it was.. just not by me).. I was not cheating.. I just know how the system works..from my experiance.. My first boat NEVER even saw the water.. it was sold within days.. but I required a paper trail.. so I got one.... No I did not need a notary.. even if I did it is 10-20 bucks to sign a paper.. much like having them sign a "gifted" car.. G..

the plate fell off.... trust me forrest been there done that.. if you cannot get the appropriate paperwork for the trailer you really think the MTO is going to HELP you?.. No.. You take off the plate call it homemade and be done with it.. I figured you would have seen this from a mile away.. The MTO is not you're friend... Nor will they help you in getting a bill of sale, research its history or plate it ....unless you bend over and hand them the grease.. understand where I am going here.. Save yourself some grief if you do not have all you're duck in order on the trailer.. call it home made. G

He has no paperwork on the trailer... therefor no paper trail... it is "homemade" G

Those were the days of old forrest... they Need to show up now.. Lost revenue may be the answer.. I used X-Coppers when I was ticketed.. I was on my way to get my son to a doctor as the daycare called me... and they never call me!.. I was speeding granted.. I was polite to the officer, asked him if he could please hurry and give me the ticket as my son is sick and needs me.. I even thanked him.. he is just doing his job after all.. the fine was 3 hundred and something.. and 3 demerits.. to fight it through xcopper was 400... a no brainer for me.. and they guaranteed to have it dropped or I did not owe them a cent.. I was lucky and won. my first and only ticket... Hopefully if the OP is willing to fight it to a lesser charge he will.. even if he knows he was wrong as I did. Chalk this up to a lesson learned and move on.. G

For the boat take the paperwork to Service Canada.. As for the trailer you need to go to the MTO taking you're bill of sale with you to pay the taxes due on the boat... if you have ZERO paperwork on the trailer, tell them it is homemade.. get you're ownership.. You're all good now. G

It is amazing how the Amish can adapt without the things that we take for granted each and everyday without even batting an eye. I lived in St. Thomas while I went to school, just outside of St. Thomas is Aylmer.. it has a large Mennonite and Amish base. Some of the most polite and down to earth people I have ever met, not to mention their work ethic is second to none.. I count myself a better person from having befriended many of them. G

I have car and truck ownerships... I have a trailer ownership.. But All I have for the boat is a note from Service Canada... stating the registration numbers of my boat and my name.. but it is not a ownership though. like a vehicles... I do not think an ownership is issued... just that the registration number is in you're name should suffice? Did you have a flashlight onboard? I could see if you lapsed judgement on checking the batteries.. but to not have one on board period... well.. it is required.. G

All dressed chips, a cold beer and good company.. but after seeing Kalvin's Big Green Egg..... dang..... I need one! G
