  1. A dull fillet knife is a sure sign of a sloppy/poor fisherman!!! Your fillet knife should be maintained before, during, and after each fish cleaning/filleting!!!
  2. Great report and pics Joey!!! There must've been thousands of them under Paul's hole in the ice for him to bring them up like that eh!!! Congrats on the Whitey inches for team 5!
  3. The voice of experience!!!
  4. I don't blame you a bit!!!
  5. ... what that little green spot in chicken crap is?
  6. Don't break your arm patting yourself on the back Bubba.
  7. Hey! I really like that!!! A very interesting ice fishing article and Saltwater fishing with Dr. Ball was a real eye opener!!!
  8. Could you email me a sip of that Steve? I do like those Maple Nut Goody candies!... I can't eat just one without eating the whole bag... or making myself sick on them.
  9. We hired a couple Limey's for a few bags of tea...
  10. We actually gave it back to the British when we let them retake their cannon... we just wanted to show them we could do it if we wanted to... and they better behave!!! We also let them retake their cannon because we felt kinda bad about kicking their so severely in 1776... ... and we don't like Maple syrup that much anyway.
  11. How could Canada have won if they didn't even become a country until 55 years later in 1867?
  12. You may want to consider laminating that sucker this time eh?

  16. Tchaikovsky?
  17. I think the "high end" polarized glasses are a status symbol more than anything Bernie. I was told that you can get polarized glass lenses, but not with photogrey (what I use, changes from light to dark depending on the amount of light). I use a pair of cheap Bill Dance polarized clip-ons over my prescription photogreys (glass, transitions are plastic) when I need them, most of the time they stay in the storage locker of the boat.
  18. I know that is pretty bad, but it could be considered nearly pristine compared to parts of India, China, and Russia.
  19. I would suggest a nice pair of aviator style frames, Flexon's if you can afford them and some glass lenses!!! The Glass won't scratch like the plastic will, I don't know about you but I'm tough on a pair of glasses and glass lenses are the only ones I find durable and mainly scratch resistant enough for me!
  20. I found this article to be an eye opener, with reported cases in the Continental U.S. and Canada! Cigautera
  21. I know what you mean about the cost, ours was/is pretty expensive too! $5 to take the test and $15 to have our drivers license renewed so they could put the "V" on it for vessel operator. I agree that all people that rent boats should have an operators card as a prerequisite to renting.
  22. Well at least you can see what your 3 eyed, 3 legged, 1 1/2 armed kids are up to in the dark!
  23. Sorry Rob, but I was sober and had a full belly last night... I don't last too long that way. Gimme a couple rhumba's and Pepsi's on an empty stomach and I'm like this though!!! da Rooster on LSD!!! Sobriety sux... but so does addiction...
