He is one happy little hoolagin !!!! He does the head under the snow thing as well....crazy lil fella. Unfortunately he' s not going to be up at Lakair in June cause it would be to much for me having to babysit him and fish'party . Aug 9 I will be returning to Lakair with Carol and my folks and...........Arnie and Sam,the dynamic dual !!!! Arnie will have to teach Sam proper boat edicate...Wait till dad catches fish and sets it on the bottom of the boat and then lick the fish and bark like hell!!!! Chris

Thanx for all the kind words folks. Sams a very lucky pup and Carol and I feel very priveledged to to have him. He seems to like snow> I think he's got more of his toys outside in the yard than he does in the house. Only problem now is all his outdoor toys are under about a foot of snow Cheers!!

Mo, Main thing is your happy with the move and 45 minutes closer to the kids I'll be looking for a driving job as well after the plant closes in July. Going back to the Otario Driving School for my "C"...Got a DZ right now but I would really like to drive a Greyhound eventually. Around here you got to wait until someone retires and the line up for this job is pretty big but I got nothing but time. Cheers !!!

Thank god for that Mo. Theres no more room under the covers for another pooch even in our king size...He sleeps on top of the covers at the end of the bed with the two cats. Thats how Carol and I know we have enough pets...Two dogs two cats is maxed out !!!!

About three weeks ago Carol and I adopted a puppy from a good friend of mine. He was one out of ten pups in the litter. The rest of the pups were adopted first but he was left behind, unwanted by all who came and you will never guess why.....He's blind in one eye.He was born with a condition that occured in mothers womb that stops the retina development in the prestages. Carol and I couldn't help ourselves... We took him home and named him Samson because of his strength and courage.......Here are a couple before and after shots so far. Here's mom Now he's about 25 pounds and still growing !!!! Pics to come..... Cheers !!!

First things first...... Thank you all for the kind words but this 25th year aniversary comes bitter sweet. In July our facility will be closing its doors and sending everything to mexico and will be sporting the new name "Continental" Some of our Siemens technology will be sold to Brose and the factory will remain empty until further notice. Sad really but I beleive things happen for a reason....One door closes and another opens..... Now for the gift I have chosen........................... its the Stardic(stradic) reel combo Love their typo... Was there really any other choice ???? My wife Carol was gracious enough to pass up on my offer of diamonds and jewlery for my happyness, she's the best.... Besides I needed a new set up for this Junes G2G at Lakair and I think the Stradic/Compre combo is going to fit the bill . I here theres another Big Pike prize thats going to be on the table awaiting me Greencoachdog has all the big pike hot spots iconed on his GPS just incase we don't fish together that day so you guys can follow him around this time..... Cheers !!!

I, like Slowpoke use the 80lb because of the convinience of being able to tie a knot with it. Ive always used lighter aplications because it gives me more of a feeling of finnessing the fish thus giving me the an advantage. And of course like everyone else says here, use quality terminal tackle because most of the time thats where your weakness's will be on your leader. Good luck !!

I'll second the Boker made knives. Ive had a lock back for about 15 years now and its as good as the day I bought it. Very well put together....
