i priced heavy floro for esox and its stupid expensive.use steel and there wont be lost fish or dollars.unless they miss the lure and hit the main line this has happened to me on a few trips.

lol classic pose lew. i use 14lb basspro shop line on all my bait casters.works sweet for the cash 3000 yrds 30 bucks.caught 25 plus pound salmon,20lb pike bass at and around 5lb mark.14lb mono is tough stuff never not been able haul a largie out of the slop.i only have braid on one spinning out fit 2lb dia.10lb test super strong and casts farther.i hate braid on baitcasters i watched my buddy just yesterday toss away 2 nice spinners on backlash not forgiving like mono backlash causes breaks and good bye lures.this happened to me 3 times in one day yrs ago and i said no more.as for flouro im undecided on its effectiveness,its bloddy expensive been trying 10lb its really strong.i only use it on slow moving presentations.

sweet buckets rice lake always amazes me despite all the pressure it recieves it never fails to produce.was there friday night went 4 for 5.got three buckets one eye and missed mr tooth,the musky came up a little short on my spinner.taking the boy there tomorrow not sure how im gonna make out cause i have to modify my tecniques for the little one.probally gonna float some dew worms gonna try to get him to use some senkos cause there so easy to use.just for fun and sun tomorrow hopefully he gets his first decent bass.

looks like a nice spinner never tried them personally.spinners are my favorite lure nothing beats the feel of a strike on one.simple and effective also one of the most weedless lures going.15 bucks for one is pretty tight i wince when i pay 10 for a strike king elite but i love those elite spinners.i was at a small tackle shop in lindsay ontario where they were selling homemade spinners similar to the strike king elite very nice bait picked up three for 10 bucks.
