  2. I will take you up on that offer! Where is a good place to get rod building supplies in Canada?
  3. That-a-boy good luck! Where did you get your blank from online? I would love to get back into it, but the supplier I used to use is gone now.
  4. THANK YOU! I dont recall seeing any reports from a few of "those" people recently... Exactly!
  5. Its funny that the people who cant stand hockey posts.....are replying to them! Kinda like peeing into the wind now isnt it.....doesnt make much sense!
  6. Funny, cause I dont recall saying anything about hockey. You're out in your own little world eh. Have you even moved out of your parents house yet?
  7. Hey man, Shoot me a PM with what species you are looking for and I will try to help out. I fish Stoney a lot. P.S - dont worry about Danbo...he is the "special" member of the forum. He never really has anything worth while to say.
  8. Hey Danbo.... go play on the road!
  9. Ha ha ha, true enough! Maybe next weekend I will get into one.
  10. 65 on Stoney yesterday morning.
  11. Well, I headed out yesterday morning for my very first "Musky Opener". Man, they weren't lying about them being the fish of 10,000 casts. I guess I must have made 9,999 casts then, because I didn't get one. But, I did have quite the experience with one though. I was mainly using the trolling motor scotting around islands and such. But I got on a good line of wind, and just drifted between two islands without using the motor. So I am faced looking left in the boat, and then WHAM! my trolling motor hits something. I thought it was a rock ledge (being Stoney Lake). It scared the be-jesus out of me! I turned around and looked down at the motor to see this GIANT musky looking up at me! As soon as he saw me SPLASH he was gone. I guess the Musky swam right into my trolling motor!!!
  12. Heading home now, then directly to the cottage! Good luck tomorrow everyone!
  13. hahahaha, nice!

  17. yes, its over 60 in Stoney. Should be about 63-65 now.
  18. Makes sense. Then again, anyone who has gone crappie/walleye fishing should know where the fish are right now! ahhah. I was just hoping to find a "local" tournament or something to fish.
  19. Hey everyone, Seeing as though bass season is exactly 3 weeks away, I am getting the itch! Does anyone know if there are any bass tournaments on Stoney Lake Saturday, June 28? Cheers, *Stoty

  23. I totally agree! Having 2 puppies, we didnt want to have all those chemical cleaners around the house, so we threw them all out and strictly use vinegar/water to clean everything (toilets, tubs, sinks, floors, etc).
  24. My buddy owns Kawartha Park, very good establishment, and great launch.
