Interesting, my brother and I have a similar relationship. All the more reason it's good to get kids fishing. It might be one of the few things they have in common later in life… with me or each other.

Lots of good points, and if this was already mentioned sorry I missed it. Hooks are also better now. Just like the rods and reels, hooks are stronger but thinner. Coupled with super lines the need for a big hook set might not be as necessary, but old habits are hard to change. I still like the 10plus hook set when the fish are in the heavy wood. I figure it starts getting them out before they know what's going on. And just like swinging a bat speed is often more important then strength.

Just make sure that saltwater bottle is marked cause no one wants to have a gulp of that on a hot day.

Not quite what you are talking about but I often use plastic ice cream containers and put the ice in a zip top plastic bag. Most Gatoraid comes in heavy plastic bottles that survive multiple freeze cycles.

Sounds like you need to adjust the weights inside that side plate. Put them all "on" and then adjust them "off" as you go until you're happy with the results.

The other possibility is that Thomas gets traded to a team that wants to save money and help to get to the cap floor. Thmoas is due a million bucks or so I believe, his cap hit is five point whatever million dollars and if he doesn't report (as has been speculated) the team doesn't have to pay him but the money counts against the cap.

I don't know where Toronto will end up but the Rangers, flyers, devils and bruins will have a tough time getting as many points as they did in 11/12. Of course 1 or 2 of those teams will likely take some points from the others so a few may end up with more, they will only do it by taking away points from the other 2 or 3. The caps, while not a strong team, play in a frequently weak division. Equals wildcard.
