  1. The puck was nowhere near him and he was push ("lil contact") when he was in a vulnerable position. As I said, a little odour.
  2. In 1917 at battle of Vimy Ridge Canadian soldiers in the tunnels and caves near the battle field carved small mementoes into the soft chalk that lined the walls. They scratched thier names, hometowns and loved ones. The country of Canada was 50 years old and it would be 48 more years until our flag had our maple leaf, but their hats and shoulder patches had a maple leaf. Most of these tunnels were not explored or found for 90 years. http://jam.canoe.ca/Television/2007/03/25/pf-3828721.html http://www.warmuseum.ca/cwm/exhibitions/vimy/index_e.shtml
  3. 60 Minutes has a segment tonight (Sunday November 10th) on how GoPro cameras are changing what we can see. http://www.cbsnews.com/video/watch/?id=50158776n
  4. I am not defending these "hunters". But I will defend the vast majority of hunters who are safe and never have acidents. Just as we wouldn't want a drunk driver so somehow represent all drivers or a fishermen representing all of us. And I know that was not necessarily the tone hear either, I'm just putting it out there.
  5. I was just going to ask if anybody had used I think I'm leaning that way for what I want to use my phone for.
  6. That's right, it's our fault. I thought the "bleeding heart" crap was the domain of "the left". Ford the victim. This is about what behaviour, actions and judgement are expected of someone in charge of the biggest city in the country. Ford has demonstrated that he is not worthy of that position or expectations. How many other big city mayors (or other high profile politicians) are shown doing anything near what this mayor has? He isn't the first politician to have an unpopular/antagonistic relationship with his opposition, or press. He isn't the first to be "hounded" by the "media dogs" (left or right). It is sad and disturbing.
  7. Someone has confused avian with swine.
  8. A good reminder that there are lots of different needs for blood donations.
  9. Ya it's the mapping for exploring (i've got a long list of highlights) and the texting for meeting friends that I'd like to have if I need/want it… and not pay through the nose.
  10. The pattern does seam to be textbook. All those staffers that left likely tried to suggest that help was needed. He needs help but is unwilling/ unable to do get it at this point. His personality does not help him at all.
  11. I'm sure there is a number of us who would be willing to help you out with those nuisance turkeys.
  12. A person can save $15,000 one year by not replacing the shingles on their roof. Of course the next year they might have a big leak and have an even bigger bill, and still have to replace the shingles, but hey the books looked good that one year. Accounting can be a big shell game.
  13. That straight forward and easy eh. Good to know.
  14. I'll be in NYC for 4 days and figure the best bet is to get some sort of short term plan for the US. I figured this might be a good place to start as to the options and pro/cons. I'd want text, net service.
