Hey all, I was planing to get a power auger this year but since the season was so late and other $$ issues Ive held off for now. My dad has a chainsaw laying around and wondered how a Chainsaw fairs against the ice ? I know some hut operators use it to make there ice hut holes but never seen DIY ice fisherman useing a chainsaw to make smaller holes Good idea to bring it VS my manual auger ??

was there last year... home of the PINNNNJER pike.... there one day pike tourney last year was good BUT the biggest fish caught was 27' !!! wow thats small... we caught a 29 incher a couple days after but still 99% of them were under 20 inches

Hi all, Was up at a cottage near parry sound for the weekend and MOST of the little lakes / larger lakes are open water... I saw a couple smaller lakes with a small top sheet of ice but open water holes everywhere ! Brutal I wanna ice fish !!

Hi all, I just got off the phone with Rogers. I was threatining to go with Telus if they didnt offer me a MUCH better plan than i was getting before. I have been with rogers for over 5 years and was getting annoying to 80-100 a month phone bills ... wayyyyy to much. After complaining for a bit they offered me something pretty decent 250min during the day after 6PM to 8am free during the week free weekends call display/call waiting Voicemail 100 mins long distance in canada per month all for $25 a month + monthly act free 6.95( which no one or no carrier can bypass) + .50 911 fee= $32.45 + tax 4.50 = 36.95 thats with a 3 year plan and also a free Samsung d807 phone and No activation fee or other stupid fees.... So if your pissed about your plan ... dont hesitate and call your provider and givem hell
