Rainy and wet but visablity is getting better on the lower Niagara...

I no i am ... the river froze hard last night when i walked out goose hunting the ice was spongy when i came back off the river in the dark it was rock hard ..last night we had -7 here made for better ice ..ill report on the eyes late tonight ..if anybody wants to get out ice fishing do it Saturday Sunday is going to be wettttttt

I don't leave home without my Vex Flasher ..i like the VPG but its not like my Vex ...

UB Seems the Showdown is now working with the Vex need to do some adjusting but after that works fine side by side

Fished with Sonny from the site ...wanted to try the Vex with the new Showdown Aqua View to see if the bugs got fixed ..

Well for the past few days this thing keeps coming up the ice hole looks at ya and swims away not today .. Mr. Bowfin swims up the hole and is not abble to go back down so i hand fight the fish up outa the hole a quick pic and back down he goes ..talk about funny seeing these fish day after day and landing one with no rod lol..had a couple from TO on the weekend seen the same thing if you read this i caught him .. Well after Fishing inside the marina for the past few days it was time to explore the river in search of walleye ..Jmh and Duker head out on the river infront of the marian to find 4" of ice and decide to hit the dam instead ..i sat back and waited for the wicthing hour just before dark bite out front and it wasn't long i got the 1st hard water walleye of the season ..got dark head home a long walk home that is im loven it ..Sonny meets up just after dark to try some night time fishing ...lots of Shad on the camera but the Eyes were being camera shy ..thanks for coming down Sonny it was a fun eve .. After you left yesterday Lyra that bowfin kept peeking it's head out of those holes... it was a cool thing to watch. Glad you had a good day out here. Fishmaster

Great story Jen and it was my pleasure to have you along for your 1st Deer Hunting trip ever... The week was awesome with laughter and happiness as we started to hunt monday morning ...the trip was filled with great people good eats and good drinks after our days hunt we worked very hard to make your trip a good one just like Kiko that has never hunted Deer in Ontario before ..there was nothing better then walking outa the bush and seeing Jen with her 1st deer and a Trophy Buck to boot ...Thanks again Jen and too all that joined us for a Great December Shot Gun Hunt ...here are a few more pictures ...Steve aka Fishmaster

I love small perch way better eating then a 12 to 14" Pregnant Females that everyone wants to catch and eat ..as far as i think any perch over 11 to 12" should be released ...if you have a good sharpe knife small perch are easy to clean and there not all rib cage ..small perch spawn small perch its there jeans ...big perch make for big perch down the rd ..some perch just never get big ..

Im running a 18ft Limestone CC ..this boat is very stable and sweet for drift fishing the lower Niagara..Next time jen ill grab the net instead of the camera lol..

Saven money is what its all about ..just spent 20 min with TD to find out if you use your truck for any type of work like fishing for a liven the won't help ya ...Sorry TD no money for you..

Been searching around for better priceing who do you people use for insurance ..

Snow or no Snow Fish or no Fish looks like alote more fun then *orking to me ...love the winter shots ..and you can't say you didn't try ..next pic's will have a hog laying beside the boat with slush around it ..

Only problem with salting them it makes a big mess ....blood and water come out fast and i really don't want that mess in my tackle store ..

Boat is worth just as much as my truck till i load all my fishing gear in the boat ...then the truck is no where as close to the same amount .. i still like my O7 Dodge Hemi 4x4 but it don't catch me fish unless im towing the boat fishing ..lol...

they are froze when i get them ...never rot in the freezer
