  1. Fishing for spring and early summer Walleye on the BOQ, we'd regularly hook up with some big Cats. Best spot seemed to be the mouth of the Napanee River right underneath the hydro lines. We'd catch them dragging worm harnesses, but I imagine cut bait would be the way to go if you wanted to specifically target them.. I've also seen them come out of the plunge pool below Dam #1 in Trenton.

  2. I'm itching to get down there Steve, bit of slow start this year for me. Hopefully I'll scratch the itch next week. This was April 8th 4 years ago, in a T shirt no less. Back to the OP, yes cut bait is best imo.
