Estate gear - Looking for information/home

Cousin passed away and wanted me to have his fishing stuff. 

He had lots of fly tying materials and all is available. 

Quite a few rods and reels. A couple of things I am looking to find out information on to see if I should keep or value to sell.

First this reel, any idea what it is and approx. value?

 

I know its a fly reel but any idea on details and approx value?

The float reel was considered bullet proof due to its construction.  I personally found mine too heavy and did not like the location of the reel handles.  I have not seen one around in years.  Can't offer what it might be worth; however, there are some floatfishing sites that list used reels for sale.  You just need to do a bit of web surfing.
