Consultation on Potential Revisions of C&R Rules ERO #019-5045

Sorry if this is a duplicate post.  I looked and couldn't find anything on this.  Ontario MNR&F are proposing rule changes in order to provide clarity on when we can photograph, measure and weigh fish before they are released.  Even out of season fish.
