Scam reports

Just had a call from 647 371 5950. Recorded message from Canadian Border Services telling me my SIN was being suspended because of suspicious activity unless I called them back.  I  did make a call however but to the antifraud hotline. Their office is closed so I tried to file a report on line but you need to log in to do that which required entering personal information to set up an account,  (not comfortable doing that with all the hacking going on these days) so, be warned looks like it's another scam on the loose.

I just got an email. From my councillor warning of people getting called from out local utility (Alectra)  asking them to pay their bills NOW.  They should hang these people.

 After this crap started out grocery store did not accept cash so I used my card on a Saturday and Monday I had three hits at $72 each. had to go to the bank and straighten it out and get a new card. Did get a refund a week later.
