Sterling Posted September 10, 2017 Report Posted September 10, 2017 Finally got out with the old man this morning and WOW were the walleye ever hungry. Lines in around 9am, off the lake 11am with 3 nice keepers and countless more released. Either the fish have grown up a bit or I got lucky. Or maybe the spot is just home to larger fish. Also lost a very large fish toward the end, didn't get to see it though .
porkpie Posted September 11, 2017 Report Posted September 11, 2017 It's why I keep going back. Sure keepers can be tough to find, but we've never failed to come up with enough for a fry, and if you move around enough you can stay on top of fish and put some crazy numbers in the boat! Nice fish!
