bigugli Posted June 1, 2015 Report Posted June 1, 2015 Been so busy lately. No time to fish. Was having doubts of going out today with all the doom and gloom forecasts. The son and I decided to ignore all the bad omens and drove out to Windsor anyway. We arrive to high winds, heavy rain, and dropping temps. None of that mattered. The silver bass were biting. We toughed it out for all of 2 hours of non stop action. After that we were wet enough , and tired enough, to admit the weather had gotten the better of us. I can just imagine what the bite would have been like with more moderate weather.,
Dave Bailey Posted June 1, 2015 Report Posted June 1, 2015 Nice to get out on a lovely November day in May, ain't it?
Joey Posted June 1, 2015 Report Posted June 1, 2015 As the old saying goes, well at least you got out Good for you for making it 2 hours. I could only muster up enough energy to walk the dog a few times, and it was miserable.
jimmer Posted June 1, 2015 Report Posted June 1, 2015 Weather doesn't matter if the fish are biting! Good on you for hanging in there.
