live well winterizing

ok, here's the problem i winterized my boat had it shrink wrapped and forgot to do my pumps. i have access to the bilge inspection cover. Would pouring antifreeze in the bilge to the point of covering the pump do me any good?

Sorry no you need it to be inside of the pipes and the pump. If you left the lids up on the live well you can snake a hose thru a small hole and duct tape it back closed.

Never did anything with my livewell, livewell pump or bilge pump for over 25 years and all is "well"
