vinyl seats and fish scales

had my new to me boat out caught some perch

but now I see a week later that I have what looks like dried xcales stuck on the seats

i have tried few things with no luck getting them off

looking for ideas

Spray 9 is an excellent cleaner for vinyl - not sure about fish scales though. Gentle rubbing with a stiff brush?

VIM. Works wonders on boat seats and vinyl.

spray with some plain old tap water, leave soaking for 15 minutes, wipe of with a rag,

you might have to scape off a few with a dull knife.
