Anytime I fish the southern shore of Lake E, I'll bring the oldman home a few small shakers (2-3lbs) he absolutely loves them. Actually everyone I've given those fish to says the same thing. I do enjoy them smoked....but haven't fished the Big O is a couple of years.....might just get back out there just for some smokers...
