Dave Bailey Posted January 10, 2012 Report Posted January 10, 2012 my comment would be is it really 'disgraceful' for a landowner to not want strangers on their property? passing thru or otherwise? If I understand correctly, that is not the point. It's about landowner A telling landowner B that they must not allow anyone to transit landowner B's property. Landowner B should tell landowner A to stick it where the Sun doesn't shine.
smally21 Posted January 10, 2012 Report Posted January 10, 2012 yes i see that each should have a right to choose, however... there is not much point in having an association if everyone doesn't stick together on an issue

And as far as I'm concerned they have when they do things like this.
BillM Posted January 10, 2012 Report Posted January 10, 2012 HOA's never do anything good, lol. If that lake was big enough Wayne should drop the plane in and fish outta the SportsPal for a few consecutive days..
