bigugli Posted October 21, 2011 Report Posted October 21, 2011 How was the bird hunting. I rely on the barter system nowadays. Much more consistent harvests. I give the neighbour perch, and he gives me game. Last night's treat was goose breast, slices thin, tenderized and marinated, then pan seared with a topping of fried onions. Life is good.
