Buying U.S. fishing licence on line

Hi Guys, my buddy sent me a link to buy a licence on line. But I can't get it to work. Anyone have a link for a first time buyer. Thanks

Pretty sure you have to buy the first licence in person. You can renew it online only.

Thanks for the link. I signed up and got my NY licence. Works for first time buyers
