trout creeks in summer

You really gotta be careful when you are fishing resident trout in the summer. When the water gets around the 70 degree mark, the mortality rate of the fish sky rockets. They might swim away, but the odds are they are belly up soon after.

Was about to say the same thing. The season for headwater residents is practically closed due to high temperatures leading to mortality of said fish. As if anyone would post location of an obviously small delicate fishing spot on the web anyways.
