Just ordered a bunch of stuff online and didn't really think through what I would be using as a trailer. Any suggestions?

It is a 1oz swim jig in black (8/0 hook size), and will be used in the kawarthas.

I would use a lunker city shaker or a reaper tail. Some guys use mogambo grubs as well. I like the shaker tails. You can fish them like a jig or swim them like a crankbait. Rig it sideways on the jig for more thumping action. It works all season long.

Dressed. I assume a trailer is still needed for bulk and action? Sorry, I've never used swim jigs before, and I'm also new to targetting Muskie.
