Landmann Smokey Mountain 2-Drawer Propane Smoker

Hey all.

 

So I'm looking to get a new smoker (I have 2 for free if anyone wants one, one wood burning one electric/hot plate unit that I made) and I just found this Landmann Smokey Mountain 2-Drawer Propane Smoker in the BPS flyer. Has anyone ever seen this and or used it? There is only one review on the site so before I drive an hour or more I figured I would ask here. I've got $300.00 I'm willing to spend on a new smoker. Thanks.

Does anyone have a Smokehouse Little Chief Front Load Smoker? How is it?

I used one of these had trouble with the element, the cord would melt off during a long smoke then I would solder it back together. Eventualy we just used a hot plate and turffed the heating unit it was a pain in the ass

I'm just looking for a decent unit that is under $300.00 after taxes. As long as it doesn't use the dang pucks!

i have the centro unit and been very happy with it. no issues with the display or the element as yet. electronic temperature control makes things easy.
