Buying Boat in USA

Hey,

 

I know this has been discussed many times before. I'm looking at a boat in Minnesota. Can someone please fill me in on the types of reciepts, bills of sale, and any other documentation that will be required to bring it back over the boarder.

 

As well, what will I be taxed on and what percent?
