Guest ThisPlaceSucks Posted April 12, 2010 Report Share Posted April 12, 2010 if you like to fry fish i'd do it in butter, medium heat, rolled in flour, sprinkled with salt and pepper....lemon juice at the end... in the oven i like to smear it with mayo, top with dill and lemon and bake for 20 minutes.
