Have you tried Port Colborne marine, I just bought a 1625 Rebel XL SS 2010 and Merc 60 4 stroke 2008 for 14400

Not having much luck in the search,after wading through the scam ads and the junk and old worn out overpriced stuff there is not much left to look at.

Dealers have little or no stock delivery is 8 weeks and all their packages come with under powered motors.
