Help with videos

Hi all'

 

When a post comes up with a video in it ,all I see is a blank spot with a little box in the left top corner! So whats wrong with my PC ? I can acess videos from youtube! Did I miss ana media player update somewhere? Any Help is apriciated!!! Thanx

Hi Rick,

 

Yes ,I have Norton Antivirus and until I removed it a few minutes ago,Spyware Doctor! No change! Any other Ideas ?

Rick, the last reply was cut short???? I have Norton antivirus! Also until I removed it a few minutes ago I had SPYWARE DOCTOR.. No change after removing spyware doctor! Any other Ideas???

You are either missing a plug in or something is blocking the video. Norton is famous for stuff like that. Is your Flash Player up to date??

I was having the same issue a while back and updated Flash Player and now all is good.
