Send it to someone with PHotoshop and have them convert it.

http://www.irfanview.com/ is free and it has and EPS plugin. POSTSCRIPT - (version 4.24): allows IrfanView to read EPS/PS/PDF files (using Ghostscript)

tried irfanview and ghostfile..still didnt work for some reason...kind of new to that software
