chandru
hello everyone. i will be heading to the toronto islands namely the harbourfront and ward's island as it looks like that's the only one that has ferry service at this time of year. i've never fished here before so i was hoping to get some help with this. i'm looking to target pike mainly and I need to know some good spots to check out, any help would be greatly appreciated thanks everyone for your time! hope i can hook into a monster! yakpiker
IMHO...this late in the season, save yourself some time and coin by fishing along harbourfront instead of taking the ferry to the island...bring a net with a handle in case you get lucky...try fishing the island in the spring
chandru
ok cool advice thanks guys but where along the harbourfront? never been there either, unless it was just driving right by. are there access points to the shore or is it all accessible? i appreciate all the help! yakpiker
Anywhere along the waterfront from Bathurst to Yonge Streets is pretty much parkland/public grounds and suitable for fishing...look for the green weedbeds and you might find pike.
