Swivels with Speinnerbaits. Needed?

I know In-line's need swivels to stop spining gear from twisiting, but what about spinnerbaits?

Nope.

Due to the design of them, they don't spin/twist your line -- you'll see what I mean when you use one.

Only the blades spin, so a swivel is not needed.

I use one myself, but thats due to changing the spinner about 15 times a hour until I find one that works. I kinda like it cause it adds flash to the spinner, and aucautlly found I had more hits with it on.. Don't know if it just cause it makes the spinner look longer..
