Long Point Boat Rentals

Hello, just wondering if theres any places around longpoint that are renting out boats this early in the year. I called sandboy and oldcut and they dont start renting until the may long weekend. So if you know any other places that rent, let me know.

 

Im almost considering renting a canoe, the water shouldnt be too bad.

Thanks for calling ronnies, but I already tried oldcut, same thing, no rentals till late May. I just want to be able to get out anywhere on longpoint without that huge fish sanctuary to get some pike.

I was down today, I don't think anybody is renting yet

Wish I could help you with the rental situation, but I'm new to the area! One thing I can say is that there's still plenty of bay to fish once the sanctuary kicks in. And though the pike fishing is better during the ice out season you can still get them all summer long. There's a solid resident population .
