A sale is always awesome, but the offering price is pretty suspicious. The person states she has just gotten divorced, or getting one...and it is her boat now? What should I look into before, or if, I proceed with this venture? Before you do anything else, make sure she's got the sole authority to sell and that there are no liens registered against it.
