i cant believe there is a commerical fishery for sturgeon in the first place. im not to hurt by this. its a prehostoric fish it has to be protected.

I've had smoked sturgeon, worst fish I've ever had. Got it from a commercial fisher.

Very coarse and greasy.

Can't figure out why anyone would want to actually catch and eat this fish. Must be another use for it that I'm not aware of.
