East wind in Barrie has blown the remaining ice on Kempenfelt Bay to wards the Barrie shoreline right now. About a 100 metres worth. Lots of people fishing the marina which only had a little bit of frazzle ice in the one corner. Only saw perch being caught. It was good to see lots of families fishing. livinisfishin Posted April 21, 2008 Report Share Posted April 21, 2008 Thanks for the report Rob, havent made it down to the waterfront myself in a little bit, i stopped by the water front last and fished off the boat launch dock and there was still a ton of ice out there.
