any steelhead rivers open

as a new member just want to say hi ,been on this forum for awhile but my first post ,great site nice to see all the info be it fishing or hunting or the outdoors in general.was thinking of heading to the geen or meaford in that area ,is there open water and maybe a tip or two would be great before I make the 3 hr drive thanx Dan pm me if u want

As much as I love those trib's they're mostly locked up at the moment along with quite a bit of slush.

If I were you I'd head south instead .

Plenty of open water on the niagara. Thats were i'm going tomorow.

I'll be hitting the Thames at Delaware on Sunday Morning with the boys from the club for our Annual steelhead derby.

cool never fished the thames for steelies before.does it get a good run of fish?only fished wallys at delaware

the lower niagara is pretty muddy apparently! I had to postpone my charter with Fishmaster till next week, hopefully the river will clear up. Just giving u a heads up before you make the trip!

port delusie is giving up some good fish and the water is clear ,,lower niagara is mud ,waste of time,,good luck

I really need the weather to stop being so difficult so I can catch my first steelhead already! sheesh.
