Can't answer such a question probably. Some sell worms and minnows and others sell worms and lures, and others have hellgramites and now no more frogs....

Some have no harvest permits so have to buy their minnows from wholesalers, while others have permits to harvest and sell, while others are in better locations to get more business although some have less overhead.... some make extra money selling fishing licences too...

Sheesh!
